Bunclody's 15th hole. Rather spectacular |
Whichever way you look at it, clubs need to attract green fees and raise their profile. Just Treats is one means of doing that. Such channels/deal websites give golfers the chance to sample different golf courses that they might not otherwise have been able to afford... or even heard of. If they like it, they'll recommend it to friends... and so the club benefits, hopefully, by attracting future green fees... and even members.
Here are those 4 offers:
2 green fees and buggy at Concra Wood. €54-€64 for two people. Click here.
A class course in one of the most perfect Irish settings, surrounded by Lake Muckno and promising a roller coaster journey over one of the island's newest courses.
The par three 12th at Concra Wood. Looks good even on a grey day |
Another new course (2008), renowned for its lift to the 18th tee and a closing stretch of never-ending drama. River, woods and a quality course.
The impressive and Index 1 16th at Bunclody |
Not as new (only 2005), but another quality course stretching over a hillside with superb views and some thrilling holes. Mel Flanagan's design is shining through as the course matures.
Views back up the 13th at Dunmurry Springs |
A brilliant links course next door to Portstewart and Royal Portrush. There are two courses (an 18 and a 9) and each is a rambunctious affair with twists and turns, oddities, surprises and drama. Pretty much what you expect from links golf.
Views over the 2nd at Castlerock |
