With
only two weeks left to go to book your place (single or two-ball) for this
golfing challenge, things are warming up nicely for the Golf Voyager event in
the Algarve.
You
can play in this event for just €315pp -and there are over €4000 in prizes to
be
won. The tournament is over two days but the package deal runs from Friday January 27th 2017 to Monday 30th January 2017. The golf takes place on the Saturday and Sunday.

So
what's involved?
The
package is three nights B&B at the 5* Pestana Vila Sol Resort, Vilamoura
(twin/double room sharing) with two rounds of golf at Vila Sol Golf
Club.
Each
competitor receives an ‘Algarve Challenge 2017’ polo shirt and there will
be finger food and a free bar for one hour on Sunday evening, 29th Jan, during
presentation of prizes.
Airport
transfers in Portugal are included for those arriving into Faro Airport on
Friday 27th Jan and returning to airport on Monday 30th Jan.
The
Format
It's
a four ball competition played over two days, in teams of two.
3/4
handicap with one score to count on 16 holes and two scores to count on 9th and
18th holes each day.
There
will be interactive leaderboard updates after each round.
The
Prizes
1st
Prize: Golfing Holiday to any of the Pestana Hotels in The Algarve, 4 nights
B&B with three rounds of golf for four people.
Top
10 will all win prizes - 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 1st Gross, 2nd Gross, 4th, 5th, 6th,
7th, 8th.
Prize
for best score on each day for those that finish outside of the top 10.
The
event is limited to 50 teams (100 golfers) on a first come, first served basis.
